The position requires the ability to perform conceptual estimates from a simple floor plan to finished construction of the following types of facility:
The ability to understand and estimate:
Required education and experience
Works with in-house engineering team to fill gaps on the required MEP design for
Conceptual Plumbing, HVAC and electrical estimating using design outlines and schematic layouts prepared by in-house engineering team
Conceptual process estimating using design outlines and one-lines prepared by in-house engineering team
Understands process controls for support of process projects using design outlines and one-lines prepared by in-house engineering team
Ability to estimate site work for new building construction.
Ability to work executive and engineering teams on building studies for support of future lab projects
Estimate ability on converting office buildings to labs
Perform detailed estimates for final estimating as follows:
