276,000 SF Multi Project Core & Shell Conversion to Lab/ Office 

Sitting at the former Boston Globe headquarters, the C&S conversion involved infrastructure to support labs and offices, including air, exhaust, waste neutralization, and SB power across multiple areas on the campus and within various projects. The goal was to provide space conducive to collaboration and flexibility for multiple uses. The conversion project supported the build of 100,000 SF of the subsequent speculative laboratory.
