The project consisted of cell/ gene therapy cGMp suites with a mechanical mezzanine above for AHUs, boilers and pumps, and ancillary equipment. All VAV’s are located within the mechanical space and accessible while the duct is fed through individual duct penetrations into the interstitial space between the platform and the clean space. QC, warehouse and facilities were located on the 1st floor and the 2nd floor contained PD and biomarker labs. The remaining space consisted of supporting office and cafe.
