Landmark Bio is a "cell and Gene therapy manufacturing company, focused on the development of innovative technologies, products and services to bridge the gap from bench to the patient." The project consisted of cGMP suites designed to be flexible for multiple users and product types. The mechanical mezzanine above the clean space was located for secondary AHUs and equipment with dunnage above on the roof. Supplemental lab and QC space were included along with supporting offices and cafe space.
