321 Harrison is an 11-story structure with three levels of parking below and occupiable floors on seven levels, ranging from the fourth to the tenth, with a mechanical penthouse on level 11. The C&S project involved converting the building from an office to a lab-ready facility, encompassing structural, architectural, and MEP upgrades. The scope included a new hydraulic freight elevator in the old structure at 1000 Washington Street, which serves the loading dock on level one and the fourth floor. The C&S scope also included a new pedestrian bridge connecting the 1000 Washington structure with the 321 Harrison structure on level four, above the shared lobby.  Also included was a new freight elevator in the 321 Harrison building serving floors seven to 11, as required for a lab building. An H-3 and new mechanical/ plumbing room were created on level four. A courtyard connecting the two structures at 1000 Washington and 321 Harrison was also part of this project.
