Construction of a 3-story core & shell structure that was divided into two buildings separated by a 3-hour demising wall. The footprint of each building is approximately 47,000 SF, with an aggregate area of about 135,000 SF, for a total of 270,000 SF for the entire structure.  There is a mechanical penthouse above a portion of level three to house the boiler plant and other MEP equipment. The building is a steel structure with curtain walls, punched windows, and metal panels that make up the façade.
